You have a weird definition of "Max Boosts". A Mindlink will push the foreman bonus to 15%. A maxed Orca will cut the cycle time to... around 40 seconds. Managing that with so little cargospace would make me go bonkers within a half-hour. :I

My exact point was that I did -not- want to occupy a main corp division in a location for the use of 2-3 people. The notion is absurd in any corp with more than ten or fifteen members.
